PROF. ANYANG’ NYONG’O ENDORSED TO RETAIN HIS SEAT

A section of leaders from Nyakach constituency have unanimously endorsed Prof. Peter Anyang’ Nyong’o to recapture the second term in office come 2022. Speaking during the burial of Seth Kokal in Thur Dibuoro location,Koguta in Nyakach constituency, DG Dr Mathews Owili cited that based on the current governor’s track record on  transformative agenda he’s showed in his leadership, the governor bares no objections to be supported by the Nyakach constituency and be reelected as next county’s top boss    

The deputy governor said as the incumbent and with their confidence in triumphing in the next poll,they have welcomed any aspirant but must be ready to accept defeat but adding that those aspirants from Kano should now self their ambition since they had been given chance previously as Nyakach has been tipped to take over from Governor Nyong’o.                   

He finally challenged his Nyakach community to remain steadfast and focused on voting Prof.Anyang’ and eye on taking from him after his second term.        His sentiments were echoed by former kisumu county CEC roads Eng. Vincent Addah Kodera who reiterated that they as Nyakach are pivotaly put to inherit from Prof. Nyong’o after his second term.             

Eng. Kodera who has hinted to make a stab at the constituency slot in the next poll however maintained that they as Nyakach community must lay down proper strategies and mechanisms in terms of resources both human and economic that would enable them take over the county top post once the current governor retires….
