PARENTS WARNED OVER COLLUSION WITH DEFILEMENT CULPRITS

Parents from Homabay town and Rangwe sub-counties have been warned against taking money from those people who have defiled their teenage girls to prevent such cases from getting to the police.
The children officer in the two sub-counties Joseph Otieno says that they have gotten reports that some parents are fond of having agreements with defilement culprits and taking money from them and fail to report the cases to the authorities, an act that as the government, they are very keen on making sure that it comes to an end.
He finally urged the parents with such kind of habits to refrain from it since such just helps cultivate immorality in the society as the teenage girls’ lives continue being destroyed.
