A University Graduate Turns Into Carpentry to Make Ends Meat

As many youths keep on roaming around the streets and blaming the government for lack of jobs, Margaret Mwikali Munyao who is a mass communication graduate from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT) has gotten into another path as she waits for the right time to take over our airwaves or grace our screens.
Mwikali who is in her mid twenties has decided to take over wood work with alot of passion and does it as it is her original proffession. She applied for a carpentry course after the ministry of industrialization and human resource development invited youths to apply for technical courses.
Mwikali is slowly building her empire and she stands out due to her exemplary skills and gender since such kind of a job are deemed to be meant for men. As the social media handles of many of her mates being full of photos of them partying and slaying, her social media handles are full of woodwork.
With Mwiks Exhibits being her venture’s name, she has made strides to the extent that her face can be seen on billboards along the country’s highways.
