Fish Farming Inputs

Fish farmers in Homabay county can now smile after receiving fish farming inputs that cost Ksh. 50 million from the national government. Speaking to the fish farmers in Homabay town during the distribution of the inputs which included materials for covering fishponds and six motorbikes, the national direvtor general for fish farming Dr. Francis Owino said that the president have had the mind of boosting fish farmers and that is what he has exactly done to ensure that fish farming goes on smoothly.
Owino went ahead to say that the distribution of those equipment is a way of ensuring that there is enough food at the disposal of Kenyans. he told the farmers that fish farming is the only thing remaining that has better income and they therefore have to put more energy in fish farming.
The Chief Administrative Secretary for Agriculture Francis Omuhaka said that the president’s biggest dream is ensuring that small scale farmers gets boosted and their farming activities go well.
