Lakefront Development Cooperation Officially Launched

Kisumu County Governor Prof. Peter Anyang’ Nyong’o officially launched the Lakefront Development Cooperation that will ensure that Kisumu County develops in a better way.

Speaking while launching the cooperation at the Kisumu port, Nyong’o said that it will help in connecting the county government and the national government through development. he said that the Cooperation will ensure that the amenities in and out of Lake Victoria are used in the right way.

He said that the cooperation will help investors do their investments while taking care of the lake’s surrounding. The director of Kenya Urban Roads Authority KURA Prof. Silas Kinoti said that they are working together with the County government to improve roads around Lake Victoria.
