Principals Not to Send Students Home for School Fees

Chairman of the Migori County Parents Association Odondi Giyo has urged principals to refrain from sending students home every now and again because of school fees.

Speaking to Sky Fm in Migori town, he said that principals should not be fond of sending students home frequently since that can compromise their education and they should therefore give parents chance when they request that their children be left in school.

He said that following the government’s policy which had already been announced that students not to be sent home every now and again for school fees, as he urged parents to also ensure that they pay school fees on time so as to ensure that school activities where there children are studying are not compromised.
