Dead Body Dumped in An Unfinished Building

Police in  Rachuonyo East sub-county are now investigating the death of a middle aged man who was found dead in an unfinished building in a village in Kowino, Kokwanyo location.

Speaking to Sky Fm concerning the issue , Mr. Peter Opiyo the owner of the unfinished building where the body was found said that some children who were herding cattle discovered that there was something in the house and informed him and when he got there he found the dead body.

Kevin Ouma Opiyo who is also a member of that family has now asked the security agencies in Homabay county to start their investigations and also help fight  against such crimes in the area where insecurity has now become rampant.

The area assistant chief , Mr Peter confirmed that the body had been found in the unfinished building and it had been transfered to Rachuonyo sub-county hospital morgue as investigations are underway.
