Mass Voter Registration and Unity for Purpose

Politicians who are eyeing different seat in Nyanza are being urged to ensure that they take ID card registration centres close to their constituents who may not be able to easily access the registration centres, as a way of preparing for next year’s general elections.

This is a request that has been put across by Bishop Simon Otieno Okwama of Legio Maria who also urged politicians to take this opportunity to ensure that as many people as possible have registered for ID cards.

Okwama also urged the luo nation to keep calm and refrain from unnecessary utterances since they need to be united to ensure that they give the necessary support to ODM party leader Raila Odinga in his quest to be the next president. He went ahead to state that there is no any other person who has suffered for this country like Raila and therefore Luo nation should ensure that they throw all their support behind him.
