Implementing the Big Four Agenda

Inorder for the government to implement the big four agenda, the county governments have been urged to focus more on planning their development agenda and to involve the publics in the planning.
This has been put across by Ester Murugi who is a member of the National Land Commission while she was speaking in Kisumu County.
Ester wants county governments to allocate enough funds that can help them in planning their development agenda.
Her sentiments were echoed by the National Land Commission chairperson Gershom Otachi who urged county governments to collect public opinion whenever they are planning.
