Difference in opinion and misunderstanding is still brewing in the Rongo constituency ODM office due to leadership wrangles among members of the ODM party, wrangles that have left the party having two offices in Rongo.
Speaking to journalists about the issue, Benard Bondo who claims to be the ODM party chair in the constituency confirmed that indeed their are wrangles and the office has been divided into two, as one office is headed by him as the chair and the other office is headed by John Osinda as the chair.
Bondo together with his deputy Walter Oloo Nongno said that they do not recognize the other office, as they urged residents to only use the ODM office at Gracer as that is the only office they recognize. He said that all the party’s activities will be coordinated at the office in Gracer as that is the only office recognized by the National headquarters.
