You Have Seven Days to Transfer the Ward Admin

Residents of Kagan ward in Rangwe sub-county Homabay county have given the Homabay County Government seven days to transfer their ward administrator Teddy Ochiel, as they claim that he is corrupt.

Led by Kagan MCA Philemon Onyango Onditi, they want governor Cyprian Awiti to transfer Teddy since he changed the names of needy students who were supposed to get Ksh. 2.5 million bursaries and instead gave the money to other students who are said to be his relatives from Ndhiwa sub-county where he hails from.

onditi said that most students from Kagan ward and are in boarding schools and requested for bursaries and their requests were approved have now been sent out of school and are sitting at home.
