Civil Servants Should Help Citizens To Get I.D Cards and Register as Voters

Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs and other civil servants have been urged to come out and help citizens access national Identity cards and also register as voters in preparation for next year’s general elections.

Karachuonyo Member of Parliament Hon. Adipo Okuome have warned the civil servants against requesting for bribes from the people before helping them, since it is their mandate to help them, as that is why they are paid by the government.

He went ahead to urge his constituents to take this opportunity that IEBC has provided for the second phase of voter registration to ensure that they register as voters.
