Murder Suspect Arrested in Suna-West

Police officers in Suna-West sub-county have arrested a 32 year old man who is suspected to have killed his 27 year old friend and buried him in Nyamaranga sub-location.

Confirming the incident, Suna-West police commander Elizabeth Walukoba said that the suspect identified as Daniel Otieno Ongwen is said to have killed his friend identified as Lawrence Okoth Ouru in Nyamaranga before burying his body in a shallow latrine and planted a banana in the place.

The man was arrested and held at Suna-West police station awaiting arraignment before Migori law courts.
