Kabundu Kasipul National Government Constituency Development Fund office released five million Kenya shillings to fund the education of form one students in the secondary schools across the constituency.
Speaking to secondary school heads while issuing the cheques at the NG-CDF office in Ramula, the CDF chair Joshua Moth Aroko said that they have given the funds to help the students through their studies and this comes shortly after they gave bursaries to students from form two to four.
Aroko went ahead to say that they have given bursaries amounting to 200 million Kenya shillings since the year 2017. He urged teachers not to send away students for fees but they should give them ample time to learn as parents look for fees.
On his side, one of the principals Philip Aketch Ayoo thanked their Mp Dr. Eve Akinyi Obara for always supporting education as he urged her to keep up doing so.
