Hoax: A Facebook page claiming to advertise jobs at Naivas Supermarket is a scam

A Facebook page claiming to advertise jobs at Naivas supermarket is not owned or managed by the giant retailer.

According to the post, Naivas supermarket is conducting its second mass 2021 recruitment all over the country.

To apply for the vacancies, applicants are asked to call the recruiting officer or the human resources officer to check if vacancies are still available before applying, a process that poses a red flag.

A Facebook post published on the official Naivas Supermarket account on January 7 says the retail company does not advertise recruitments on social media platforms.

The giant retailer has cautioned the public to beware of fraudsters whose intentions are only to scam them for money.

Sky FM has looked into the Facebook post claiming that Naivas Supermarket is conducting its second mass recruitment and finds it to be false.
