A 20 YEAR OLD LADY RAPED BY A GANG’ OF FOUR MEN IN MFANGANO EAST

A 20 year old lady is in deep pains after a gang of four men attacked her in their house and raped her repeatedly in Sena village, Mfangano East location, Mbita sub-county on Saturday night.

The lady who did her KCSE exams was attacked and raped just five hours after she had started sleeping inside her mother’s house in Mfangano Island.

It has been revealed that the lady was sleeping together with her nine year old sister when the gang broke the door at a moment when their mother had gone to work.

According to the lady’s mother, she was called by her neighbours from her work place at around 11am after hearing the younger girl crying for help after the rapists had disappeared into thin air.

Confirming the incident, Mfangano East location chief Samwel Dwele explained that the men warned the lady together with her younger sister not to try shouting because if they did so, they would kill them.

Chief Samwel finished by promising that his office is going to work hand in hand with police officers from the island to apprehend the rapists.
