Shuffles in Siaya County Finance Department

The office of the Governor in Siaya County on Monday made changes in the county’s finance department. According to a letter sent to media houses, Governor Cornel Rasanga appointed Hesbon Mariwa as the Chief Finance Officer from his previous post where he headed Enterprises and Industrialization. Jack Odinga was appointed the Director of Finance from his previous post where he was the county’s budget director. The position of the budget director has been taken by Lawrence Nyamwaya who was previously the head of economic planning.

According to the letter, the changes were effected on Monday 3rd January, as governor Rasanga stated that he made the changes to ensure that work is done diligently so as to leave a good legacy for his 10 years reign.
