Am Still In The Race-Migori County Speaker

Migori County Speaker Hon. Boaz Okoth has told migori county residents to come out in large numbers and register as voters in the second phase of the voter registration exercise that kicked off on 17th January.

Speaking to Sky FM, Boaz said that it is a good opportunity for those who have not yet registered as voters to get registered as fast as possible without waiting for last minute rush. He went ahead to tell those who may be thinking that he has surrendered in the race for the county’s gubernatorial seat that he is in the race that the residents are going to elect him as the second 044 governor.

He finished by stating that he is going to vie for the gubernatorial seat on an ODM party ticket, as he also confirmed that in case he looses the party primaries, then he will sit back and support whoever will have won the party’s ticket as a way of maintaining peace in the county.
