Written by on June 17, 2021

Parents in Homabay County have been urged to ensure that they take all there children who did their KCPE this year to respective secondary schools. This is in a move to ensure that the government directive of 100% transition into high school is obeyed and children’s rights are also protected.

Students who did their KCPE early this year are set to join respective secondary schools on 2nd August, and the officer in charge of children rights in Homabay Town and Rangwe sub-counties Joseph Otieno has told parents and guardians from the larger Homabay County to ensure that no child who did his/her KCPE remains home come August.

He further added that this is the time for the parents to work hard so as to ensure that there students report to the schools that they were placed to without fail.
